This Refund Policy explains the general approach used by Integres Solutions Limited for paid platform actions.
1. Free Services
Public blacklist checks and any other explicitly free public tools do not attract charges and therefore do not fall under refund processing.
2. Paid Reports
Fees paid for blacklist report submission are generally treated as service and review fees. Once a report has entered review, moderation, verification, evidence-handling, or processing workflow, the fee is generally non-refundable except where a duplicate payment or verified processing error has occurred.
3. Paid Removal Requests
Removal-request fees are generally charged for review, workflow handling, and associated platform processing. Approval of a removal request is not guaranteed solely because payment has been made.
4. Payment Errors
Where a transaction is duplicated, incorrectly charged, or recorded as paid without the requested service entering workflow, the matter may be reviewed for a refund or credit after verification.
5. How to Request Review
Refund or payment review enquiries should include the transaction reference, the service requested, and supporting details submitted through the Contact channel.
