These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Integres Solutions website, PSID verification services, Integres Blacklist services, and related digital tools offered by Integres Solutions Limited.

1. Use of the Platform

By using this website or any connected Integres service, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, abusive, or defamatory content.

2. Blacklist Service

Blacklist checks made through public search tools are informational. Reports and removal requests are subject to platform review, fee rules, moderation checks, and any dispute or mediation workflow that may apply.

Integres Solutions Limited does not guarantee that every user-submitted report is independently verified before publication. Publication, removal, restriction, rejection, or escalation decisions may depend on moderation, supporting records, evidence, and applicable platform policy.

3. PSID Service

PSID tools are provided to support item verification, ownership traceability, reporting of stolen property, and recovery-related workflows. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of data entered into PSID processes.

4. Fees and Payments

Public blacklist checks are free. Blacklist reporting and removal requests may attract fees. Minimum pricing currently starts from ₦15,000 for individual cases and ₦30,000 for company cases, subject to category, severity, value involved, country, and platform pricing policy.

Any displayed fee preview is subject to the policy snapshot applied at the point payment is initiated. A transaction may not be treated as complete until payment confirmation is successfully received by the platform.

5. Evidence and User Responsibility

Where evidence upload is available, you are responsible for ensuring that any files, images, documents, or statements you provide are lawful, accurate, and do not violate the rights of another person or organisation.

6. Disputes, Reviews, and Mediation

Some matters may be escalated for structured review or routed to verified practitioners or mediators depending on location, subject matter, availability, and platform workflow rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

Integres Solutions Limited provides digital systems and workflow tools, but does not accept liability for indirect loss, reputational harm, or consequential loss arising from misuse of the platform, inaccurate user-submitted information, or third-party actions, except where required by applicable law.
